About Vicki

Following this, I achieved certification as an NLP Practitioner and since then, I have continued to develop my therapy skills with further training in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness and Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT). I am also trained in the Rewind Technique, which is a method for helping people who are experiencing high anxiety conditions such as Phobias, Trauma and PTSD.

I have been in practice since 2007 and I’m an Accredited Member of The National Hypnotherapy Society; the UK’s only hypnotherapy organisation to hold a register which is accredited by the Professional Standards Authority. Alongside this, for several years, I was also a member of the society’s Professional Development and Supervision Committee, which was responsible for overseeing CPD and supervision standards within the organisation. As an experienced therapist, I am also a qualified Supervisor, providing clinical supervision for students, newly qualified and experienced Hypnotherapists.

I regularly update my training and attend a variety of CPD courses so that I have access to a wide range of tools to help you get to where you want to be. I am also fully insured and hold an Enhanced DBS Certificate.
